Privacy for Space Roster
Your scans stay on your computer. This notice explains optional feedback, purchases and Agent Control separately.
Scanned files, folder paths and scan indexes stay on your device. Space Roster does not upload them to us or attach them to support reports.
Local scans and settings
Space Roster reads the folders you choose. File names, paths, scan indexes, profiles and the Agent action log are stored locally, not automatically uploaded to us. The app does not delete or modify scanned files.
Optional feedback
Sending feedback shares your message, the technical details shown before sending, and an email address only if you provide one. The support service retains reports and uses a random installation identifier and signing key to associate requests; this is not an advertising identifier. We may use automated systems and service providers to investigate and respond. My Reports lets you remove your linked email address.
What Apple’s privacy label means
Apple’s “User Content” label refers only to optional support messages. They are marked “linked to you” because the support service associates them with a random installation identifier and any reply email you provide. This does not refer to scanned files or folder paths, and is not advertising tracking.
Connections and purchases
Opening a saved report is local. Each time you open More Apps, the app downloads the current catalog and screenshots from HumansAreUseful.ai. Asking for updated report status or managing contact details contacts our support service. Network providers receive connection information such as your IP address. Apple or Microsoft handles purchases and payment details under its own policies; scan contents are not included in purchase requests.
Agent Control
Agent Control stays off until you enable it. When enabled, your chosen assistant can receive permitted scan information, including file names and paths according to your privacy setting. Home-folder redaction does not hide every file name. The assistant's own service may process the results. Turning Agent Control off stops further access, but cannot recall information already shared.
Questions and choices
You can stop using optional online features and turn Agent Control off. Local preferences and report history remain on this computer. External links open websites with their own privacy practices; app-origin campaign parameters may accompany More Apps links.
